So can we agree that the title of the thread should be "woman signs agreement that she later regrets"? That would be a lot more accurate than seemingly knocking a judge who is upholding the law.

In the Free Market for divorces, she clearly should have gone to a competing judge who didn't require such a clause.

often they share custody, you know, dad gets them some days mom some other days. having mommy, and then daddy, and then all of daddy's lady friends can be an issue. but yeah the guy may also not want a boyfriend with her either.
