Google uses patents to its benefit as well, are you only mad Google is being ganged up on? Were you upset when Apple used "rounded corners" against Samsung? I'm just seeing if your upset about the system in general or just google.

Nowadays we don't have a working democratic government anymore. Nor do we have a competitive environment in the private sector.. Almost everything now is being determined by the lawyers and the courts. Samsung is stepping on Apple's toes, does Apple make a better mousetrap to take some of Samsung's market share? Nah they just sue them over and over and over and bring up BS patent suits to try and keep Samsung products off the market. Apple will get it's increased market share that way, through the courts.. Patent wars have replaced being innovated. If you can't beat em, sue em..

BTW many here were PO'ed that Apple was suing Samsung over rounded corners and other frivolous patents.
