i feel like indy is the kind of person who would create a corporation and have all the paperwork in the car with him and use the HOV lane hoping to get pulled over
he doesn't recognize the nuances and good thing about it, such as: you can sue corporations as entities as opposed to suing each shareholder who has f**k no idea why you are suing him. corporations can enter into contracts. shareholders cant have their lives ruined because their mutual fund put money in enron. as an employee you are not responsible for the corporation's wrongdoing unless you did it yourself. all these things are GOOD THINGS that couldn't happen without legal corporate personhood
i don't understand the crazy aversion to this. corporations are what give us things like jobs, the internet, and beer
