Take away the guns and the law breakers will be the only ones with guns.
That being said, when the constitution was written, how many assault weapons were there?
If anyone thinks there shouldn't be background checks, that person is the ''gun NUT''.
Anyone who loses control over their gun, should lose their right to have one.
Just as we have traffic laws, have a license, lose a license if you don't follow the law.
Have gun laws, just have sensible ones.
