The truth is there are very few people still opposed to the Keystone XL project. It's going to quickly pass the House and Senate. Then President Obama can decide if he wants to veto it or not. The vote in both houses will be bipartisan. The only senators that are going to vote against it are those that are in very solid districts or those that don't come up for reelection anytime soon. Even the unions support this project. This is a no brainer. It'll pass.
