Apathy at full swing already. Had this been Exxon, legislators would have been foaming at the mouth.
Can any of you honestly sit there and say that Apple does not have any dominance in the mobile market? This includes apps, developers, marketing, devices, acquisitions, the media, mobile payments, carriers, etc. Their proprietary software is exactly the same suit that was brought against Microsoft. Their control over carriers is mind blowing. If anyone of you honestly can sit here and say that none of this is dominated by Apple then we have nothing more to discuss.
What yall have mentioned so far is Android being #1 in terms of market share. That doesn't mean anything. If anything, it just highlights the duopoly that is Android and Apple. Except, Android is not a company. In the aggregate Android is a collection of companies offering various services. Apple can stand toe-to-toe with what, all 6 companies offering Android devices worthy of competition. Blackerry, Windows Phone? Please.
