What exactly is it that you want to blame Obama for ? The improving economy ? The increase in health insurance coverage ? The shrinking deficit ?
Bush got blamed a lot because things were mostly going badly, and while Obama has been a very long way from perfect, things are going a lot better these days.

Where does this guy get the idea that "Democrats" don't blame Obama? Democrats have been pissed at him for years for being the Wall St. sellout that he is, among other things.
What this guy is really asking is why won't they jump on the non-stop, obsessive and endless ranting about Obama 24/7.

Do you think Bush knows he was a bad president now? I suspect he does, but then again he's a born-again and they aren't really the introspective types.
