Again, facts:
1. No pills were found
2. No traces of abortifacients were found in the toxicology report
3. The main method used for determining if the baby was alive or not when born has been thoroughly discredited and does not prove the baby was not stillborn
The only thing the prosecution had to go on was text messages. You'd have to prove she was not lying in her texts, which they flat out could not do.
What you have is a traumatized woman acting odd after having a miscarriage, which shouldn't be particularly alarming to anyone that knows a woman that has had a miscarriage.
And, again, the issues with being charged with feticide and child neglect is complete bullshit. The prosecution wasn't sure they'd be able to get the feticide charges to stick, so they charged her with child neglect as well.
