What it was in the 90s? When the economy was kicking ass? Do you know what it was in the 1950s? There were still plenty of rich people.
You don't like top 10% because it's too broad? Fine. Make it the top 1%. Because they do, after all, own more wealth than the bottom 90%, which is insane.
So, top 1%. They should remain at status quo?

Are you arguing that the wealthiest in this country don't get hella favorable tax treatment and the fact that they pay so little isn't a huge part of the problem?
