One thing about Trump, he's a billionaire. How do you lobby / bribe a billionaire? The lobbyists are probably scared shitless. Although, someone who probably can't be bought will probably never get elected anyway.

Is it a good thing? No, because it's lowered the bar so far for GOP candidates--and that bar didn't need any lowering--that they've basically become punchlines as to what our political system has become. No surprise that none other than Sarah Palin was quick to fawn over Trump.

Where's the serious GOP candidate who's not a complete bozo? And there's the rub--if they could just come up with a reasonable, mass-appeal moderate candidate they could probably trounce Hillary whom nobody's really that enthused about.

But no, you get the parade of clownz that cause moderate voters--and they are the swing voters--to say f*** that and vote for her because the alternative is so appalling.
