I'm a ruger, marlin, and mouser type of guy. I've never been to wowed by colt, with the exception of the 1800's pistols.

colt almost went bankrupt 15 years ago because of boycotts over the CEO's support of federal permits. once he left the boycott faded, but it wasn't enough. they didn't have enough military contracts, and here we are
