exploited, canada stands alone with their libel laws, which "has been described by scholars and judges as “artificial and archaic” and characterized by “absurdities”, “irrationality”, and “minute and barren distinctions” laws" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Political_libel you make it seem like the US is the outlier when it's canada that's wrong. but outside like canada and north korea the government doesn't squelch political libel, and so i fail to see how libel laws are relevant

it's difficult to parse the differences between libel against people and politicans and the government for what these laws are. we're talking about the feds coming and 'taking over' texas right? this stuff spewed out of infowars. that some other people point to obama doesn't matter infowars is against the feds and look for any angle, that's where this crap came from.
