Reading through the details on this...really can't see where this is anything but the mildest of easings of what the creditors had been demandeding all along. They just overwhelmingly rejected this in the referendum, only to bend over and take it nearly immediately. This brinksmanship was just pointlessness. Greece was begging, hat in hand, and never had any leverage to demand much of anything. If the EU wants to shed some dead weight, fine. Just do it. If Greece wants to make an ass of itself trying to set terms for the charity it recieves, whatever, just make it quick. Putting everyone in the middle through a prolonged wringer for the sake of ego massage is just idiotic.
