Do people not have the rights outlined in Western philosophy? Based on past experience, people who live there are likely governed by an extremely violent justice system. I'm guessing that disease is rampant and that life expectancy is in the 40s. There is likely to be an extreme degree of religious or spiritual indoctrination... basically it is a breeding ground for the very suffering we've been fleeing for thousands of years.
Should murderers get a pass when they are uncivilized? These people killed fishermen for no good reason.
Most important of all, I'm just curious what it says about us if we can all agree it would be better for those people to not have Western civilization.
