Again non, politicians generally do not suffer backlash for the actions of the Supreme Court. Hillary probably won't even be in office by the time a liberal court gets to this issue. Court appointments are long term and politicians are by and large insulated from their decisions. Hillary will almost certainly appoint an extreme liberal to the court and that's all that needs to happen.

This is precisely why the liberal strategy on social issues has focused on the courts since Roosevelt. We got civil rights. We got abortion. We will get gun control. Gay marriage would and still we be pushed through the courts as well, but fortunately most of society has evolved politically on that issue.
I wouldn't be surprised if a lib court went after rach as well. You have grown fat and complacent with a right leaning court and Scalia at the pen for all these years. Once it goes to the left again you will start seeing decisions like brown and row again.
I truly hope to be a part of that. But we need Hillary to win.
