I was thinking more in terms of how yeah, people can vote still--but even that guy you voted for isn't going to acting in your best interests necessarily if he's getting money from special interests.
Case in point: Obama. Did he act in our interests when he failed to put any restraints on Wall St. after 2008? No, he acted in theirs because that's where the money is. So even if you voted for the guy, you still got screwed. Actually we all did.

Well, tomorrow we'll find out Brownback's fate. As I said previously, him losing would be something amazing to see given how far red that state is.
