Well we are exceedingly decadent --I've said this many times--but we're still on top. And the only peak that matters in regards to making America great again is great power status, and we haven't stopped growing as top dog, even if the lead is shrinking.
Life expectancy declined one time in 25 years, and by 1/10th of a year. It's really not a point of data to be concerned with. 5 straight years? Perhaps. But one year... Come on.

I get a "thrill and tingle up my leg" when so many Leftists run around starting threads with titles like "We're so f**k". The market will probably eclipse 30,000 during Trumps Presidency. Amateur economists like Kane will poo-poo it I'm sure.
