The nazis did force the Jews to be visibly identifiable at all times with the Star of David sewn on their outer layer of clothing. How different is that from dna sampling really? Being readily identifiable by state agents is the idea and it's moving along at a rapid pace now. It's no longer creeping, it's force marching.
