i would say at least your consistent but being consistently horrible to people because of their views isn't something that is good. however, then you have no problem with exemptions sometimes... but it's the same thing here. you cannot say what their religious beliefs are. they are theirs and theirs alone.

Describe for me the religious practice or religious infringement occurring by selling a cake to a gay couple for their wedding because to date, no one has successfully explained one or the other.

forcing people into relationships they do not want with other people is abhorrent

again, it's not the cake. it's the participation in the ceremony. what if it's a photographer? what if he tells them if he'll go and then he might throw up everywhere because he really can't do it and start asking for jesus to forgive him for being a part of this and beg to not go to hell. if you're going to force him to go -- you better still pay that man and not sue him if that happens. you're the one forcing people to do what they don't want to do. i don't understand this at all, people should be able to refuse to enter relationships with anyone for any reason.
