I think it makes more sense to grant corporations explicit rights, through the democratic process, than to rely upon ever-expanding Supreme Court decisions, and the definitions provided by a government agency. But it's not a big issue to me.

That's all well and good, but the limits of corporate personhood are not clearly defined by legislation. That act grants them certain privileges, such as being able to sue under the Constitution, but many of their privileges are borne out of bureaucratic policy and a hodge-podge of case law. They weren't decided upon democratically at all.
