The worst part from my perspective is how many PD are poorly trained (if at all) in how to submit people.
Whether it's that officer out west grounding and pounding that older woman or these guys with their piss-poor choke holds or the knee-on-the-neck move--these guys are clueless. And--there's like four, five cops here! It's not like the man was on PCP or something with superhuman strength.
They were basically street-fighting that dude.
