George Bush, Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Alberto Gonzales, David Addington, William Haynes, Jay Bybee, and John Yoo have been already tried and convicted in absentia for war crimes.
You may have heard that Bush recently avoided going to Switzerland because he feared being arrested and facing sentencing.
Since the current administration is involved in the extrajudicial killings of US citizens as well as indiscriminate drone strikes etc I would say they face the same, or similar outcome, possibly with a domestic component due to the ordering of the death of US citizens.
As US power and prestige continues to decline, due to mismanagement, the chances these criminals will face actual justice grows.
