The Nobel Prize was a joke, but I can't fault him for that. I think it had more to do with the entire world (and like 75% of the American people) being deeply, incredibly excited to wave goodbye to one of the worst presidents in history.

Again, what has Obama done that would drag him down to the level of Bush II?

Obama has forwarded a quasi Bush foreign policy. Continued the Bush spending spree until the sequester cuts set in. Kept our military in Afghanistan for six and a half years, and most likely till he's out of office. Continued Bush's draconian domestic spying programs. Obama has the same lack of transparency issues as Bush. Obama thinks he's above the law like Bush, and is just as crony capitalist as Bush as well. See, I pointed this out, and didn't even have to play the race card.

The only difference between Bush and Obama, is that Bush actually ran a functioning government, and was able to work with the congress. Yep, Obama will defiantly be ranked in the top ten of US presidents.

as for obamacare, insurance isn't healthcare, it's a way of paying for something. but the success or failure of it should look at all healthcare insurance. and what has obamacare caused? climbs in price for insurance for everyone, which to me means it does the exact opposite (affordability of healthcare) as it claimed to do meaning it is a failure. this makes sense that this would happen, as we have all this ballast in the insurance boat now. it's not about healthcare for all, no one really cares about that. they care about their cost of healthcare, and now it's going up in cost. thanks obama

dodd-frank solidified into law the idea of "too big to fail" when it should have been a joke. as for the stimulus, i'm not sure. when i've read about it economists pretty much say it worked, although some say it didn't not-work (as in it wasn't negative) but didn't really do anything. a majority say it did as advertised but im not sure how we can know that

Let's not forget that first pitch Bush made at the Yankees game. That feel good moment overrides actual policy failures.
