Start there. Until anything like that happens, I'll support Hilldawg. Jeb Bush and Rubio endorse economic policies that merely emulate supply side theories that have already been thoroughly debunked and which are probably more geared towards the strategy of "starving the beast."
Ask yourself, why is it ok (according to Bush' own advisors) to potentially run up a $3 Trillion deficit over ten years to pay for more tax cuts but not alright to incur $1.2 Trillion in debt/deficit investing in infrastructure crucial to our future economic development and competitiveness?
Makes. No. Sense. There's no vision there.
