In a few years bugs will probably be on the menu. You know, for the protein and all.

We pay top dollar for ocean bugs, like lobster, crab, shrimp....
That said...on the occasions I've tried bugs, I'm trying not to puke anyways. So fundamentally conditioned against it.
But...for truly sustainable and efficient high quality protein...there just isn't a better solution.
