Ya I'd say on average the Army is better trained. More funding, more opportunities to participate in training, etc... The Marines with their shitty budget don't have the same opportunities.
And the whole "don't fix your own stuff" yeah that's just nonsense.
The Marine Corps doesn't do everything the Army does. So, more nonsense.
