it's not just hobby lobby in on this, dude. the owner was shocked in hobby lobby's case, but it's also a case involving mennonites, and their company conestoga wood specialties, who estimate that the mandate will cost them 35 million a year if they refuse to do it on religious beliefs for the 950 employees

Yeah, where would anybody get the idea that this God thing is just a smokescreen when it's been, what--50+ times that the GOP has tried to strangle the ACA including failed SCOTUS case (using the "Constitutional" smokescreen).

Plus the other concurrent challenge right now.

You know what's interesting? Everybody I personally know that signed up is quite happy with what they got--even though the sign-up still blows (fixed, my ass).

Yet we're pounded day after day with fake horror stories about how it's hurting people that turn out to be funded by people like the Koch Brothers, and the efforts to kill this thing are relentless even though the GOP offers no alternative.

That sends me back to my original thought: that the GOP isn't worried at all about this not working because it's a horrible idea, they're afraid that it WILL work and they'd rather destroy something that benefits Americans than let the Dems/Obama have a "win."
