lol such a dumb conversation. Comparing different blunders in different eras so we can fight over which was worst. Iraq was the worst blunder of its time (or maybe Afghanistan? hmm). What does is matter if Iraq was better or worse than Jefferson's f**k embargo? The distinction of which of those was "worse" is truly pointless.

I think if I drew Economist cartoons my next one would be like a bear with Putin's face awkwardly walking on a tightrope with alligators circling the water below and on each alligator is a potential consequence of their precarious economic situation, like "inflation", "capital flight" etc.
