This reminds me a little of the Abramoff scandal..

When that scandal broke many Republicans were bent over with their asses hanging out and the Dems could have f'ed them good.. But after the initial fake outrage by the Dems, what happened? Nothing..

Why? Because the Dems and their lobbyists are just as dirty.. Same thing here. The GOP knows damn well they like it when their man in the WH can wield power without Congress's OK..

You should be enraged about a man lying under oath, about as enraged as you are about Bush and Iraq. He lied under oath and got little repercussions for it. Who cares if it was about a blowjob? It's under oath, and if the rule of law is going to mean anything, it has to be followed and respected. If I lie under oath tomorrow about receiving a blowjob, I am looking at time behind bars for either perjury or obstruction (Clinton committed both BTW). Seeing as that you love to bitch about corporate elites getting wrist slaps as opposed to being held responsible for the shit they pull, I am somewhat surprised that you have no contempt for a president that lied under oath. Actually, I am not surprised.

Bush actually didn't break the law by taking us to Iraq. He got congressional approval. The decision to push for an invasion of Iraq was just a colossally bad choice and one he should never live down but it didn't break the law of breach separation of power or anything like that.
