I guess Hillary is liberal, now that the GOP is insane. But she could have been a Republican at any point in her career. After all, she's opposed pretty much every burgeoning social movement, and only gets behind them when it's politically expedient to do so. Economically she is pro-Wall Street, pro-TPP, etc. She says otherwise right now but the moment she gets the nomination, that goes out the window. Foreign policy wise she is an insane Comrade-level hawk.

She literally has a lifetime of public service and commitment to civil rights, children's rights and advocating for the poor. She's published in the fields of child protection, has worked for a half dozen social services-oriented organizations and achieved concrete, real results well before she was a politician.
