The simple fact is we both know that seat sat empty for the better part of two years because Republicans collectively sprayed their waspy fecal matter all over the constitution and waited the last administration out. It was f**k shameful and outrageous, and we need law to prevent it happening again. Because at this point, after that bullshit was gotten away with...anything goes.
