I think Nunes intentionally sabotaged himself because he saw something that scared the shit out of him. He knew what the optics were - he used to be a prosecutor. He's either tying himself to Trump as a loyalist or getting himself out of the investigation.

The real loser isn't the Repb's, its the people. We now are stuck with a ticking time bomb aka Obama care that will likely implode in under a year. Even those that created it says it has major flaws. The Repb's blew it because they failed to get the parasite middleman out. That won't happen till they realize lobby using money and gifts to advance an agenda is bribery. Their agenda was to keep the blank check for the middleman intact, for both insurance and big pharma.
