'Retarded' kids will, on average, try harder than about 35% of 'normal kids.' Frankly I think it's a better use of time to get these kids working in hard labor. Coal mines, constructing houses in the middle of summer, working the night shift at jails. Then bring them back after a semester. See how their grades improve.
