Well than what do you suggest because you just knocked out the Republican idea (individual mandate) and the Dem one (single payer)?

I've already detailed my ideas.
1. Selling over state lines.
2. Tax breaks for individuals who purchase health insurance.
3. Tax breaks for businesses who offer it to employees
4. Tax writeoffs for individuals who go in for a physical once a year. Or even twice a year if necessary. (an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure)
5. Tort reform
And that's just the beginning.
