so you can defend land with force, but the government isn't allowed to use force when someone is using their property in a way that negatively impacts others?
so in your utopia, you have 100 acres of land and build a coal plant on it. your coal plant is ruining my farmland right next door. normally you wouldn't be allowed to do that because of "fascist" zoning laws. but now you can, and congrats! you've destroyed my livelihood and annihilated the worth of my property.
which is more fascistic? that the government doesn't let you do this, or that you just ruined an individuals life?

Well you ruining other people's lives by causing them harm, is initiating aggression, so that's not a good example.
