FACING manslaughter charges. Unfortunately speeding teens probably wipe out plenty of people a year. You don't see them joined or convicted of manslaughter charges.

Hrm, killing people outside your car, understandably responsible. Killing people stupid enough to get in the car with a drunk driver? I think that should require some amount of coercion or fraud for a significant level of liability.
