if rights are inherent to nature and not created, how do we know we've discovered all the rights? how do we know the ones we have discovered are the TRUE rights?

If it's in the constitution and is properly interpreted (As they would have around its ratification and not with a contemporary perception and understanding of the current world) then it is deemed TRUE. The one truth. The only truth. It is....gospel. It is widely revered. It is....the word.
