So, when you say a "person" to somebody you could potentially mean seven different things? Is that what you're telling me?

GM is the person. They stand trial. They are convicted. They are punished.

Now usually corporations are punished by being fined, but if you want to try a new thing a give them jail time, go ahead. I can't imagine it will do much.

You keep asking for the person. The person is GM. Period. General Motors = the person.

GM is the person. How many times must this be repeated. A face? GM does not have a face, obviously. But personhood does not require a face, just as it does not require a sex.

And if you want to give GM jail time, then go ahead. Like I said though, putting a bunch of delrwaee certificates and articles into a jail cell isn't much of a punishment.
