I generally go through my day riding crowded subways and walking crowded streets without coming into contact with other people's bodily fluids. Considering that were talking about Medical professionals here, I'm pretty sure they can keep their bodily fluids off of others long enough to phone an ambulance and explain their situation, should symptoms appear even in public. This is also what the experts lean towards. It's nothing but hysteria and alarmism fueling the call for quarantines so if that 80% stat you cite is accurate I'm very proud that the president is ignoring that ridiculous demand from the public in favor of doing the right thing.

From actual illness, I've never seen anyone just up and vomit without feeling symptoms coming on first. And you think these medical professionals aren't can't detect something wrong in their own bodies before their puking their guts up and shitting themselves. Get real.

Yeah this might cost dems in the election, but politicizing Ebola with claims that are total bullshit represents all that is bad in our politics so of course it would rear its ugly head around election time. That's how it goes.

Uber have you ever had a virus before? You don't feel fine one second and start projectile vomiting the next. Your stomach gets queasy. You get aches. Your body temperature starts getting out of wack. You can tell something's wrong before you lose control of your innards. And yeah as medical professionals I trust them to detect these things earlier than most especially since they know they need to be careful right now.
