The only thing about the south is that it's so.. freaking..cheap. I can live like a freaking king off 2k a month. I live in a very middle class suburb and my rent (no point in buying i'm moving) is 1100 dollars a month. all my bills every month come to about 2,100 a month, add in food and entertainment and i'm at 3k a month. I flew to NJ last month to go house shopping with my friend and the place I want there will cost $2,500 a month by itself lol
Gas is cheaper, food is cheaper. Then again I'm pretty sure gas prices in the congo are pretty cheap as well lol
