Seriously, what matters most to women? Suspenders/shoes/belts/ties/etc.? Or debit cards?
If you got a sexy balance, it trumps everything else.
Try it one day. Go to a hotel bar in great clothes and start talking to a woman. Don't offer her a drink, just talk and pay for your own drinks in wrinkled $1 bills. Bet you go nowhere FAST. Then, go back upstairs, put on jeans and a t-shirt. Go back down, sit next to another woman and order their best wine and open a tab. Bet you'll go a lot farther.
