Well, a lot of that is the public sector actually, just to be clear.

You've said she's basically the incarceration of pure evil. She has no interest in making the country a better place. She has no core values, etc. etc. And yet, she's devoted a majority of her life to assisting the poor, children, and others in need of assistance. Kinda contradicts your claims about her character doesn't it? So, yes, it does address your "concerns" (which is really just channeling of thinly veiled sexism because she's a tough woman, and women aren't supposed to be tough).
