Everyone will choose to go along with it if it results in favourable outcomes.

Most everybody is aware of capitalisms failures - very few try to change things because they have a place to live, they can eat out every now and again, and they get to watch TV and what not.

If socialism can provide a certain minimal standard of living, which it quite obviously can, very few people are going to get worked up about it enough to do something different.

there we go again, socialism can't exist because human nature despite examples to the contrary.

That people will always strive for something better or different is not a valid objection to socialism, as if we accept it as true, it applies to capitalism as well, or any other ism you'd care to talk about.

All you are doing is repeating the idea that people can't be made homogeneous. We get it. Which is exactly why any system that hopes to succeed will be democratic, and will change with the times or fail.

I don't get why you think everyone has to be on board for a political system to function. That has never been the case in human history, nor will it ever be.
