At this point I'm convinced they'd lose even if the standard of exceptions for sincerely held religious beliefs.

Well, well, well... my worst suspicions CONFIRMED. All this "religious" crap? Nothing but a SMOKESCREEN, a back-door way to take down Obamacare since the Constitutional route failed as did the 50+ times to repeal it.
Hey look at us! We're religious! We're "anti-abortion"! We're all about protecting them babies that are ready to be delivered, you know, the DAY AFTER HAVING SEX.
Oh, sorry, clarification: only when it's Obamacare. When it comes to INVESTING in companies that make the very products we allegedly take "religious" issue to, why, no problemo!!!
