well, Roe's opinion changed on it, so some people do change opinions
i'm an atheist and hate government involvement in most everything. but i do not like vigilantes and think the state should enforce laws about encroaching on rights of others. killing another human is homicide and government should be there to punish people who commit homicide or who pay other people to do the dirty work for them
self defense can lead to justified homicide, but the inconvinence of the other human's existence is not a reason to justify killing them

Abortion is great. We should be encouraging more of it especially for parents-to-be who aren't ready to take care of a kid and will end up just being a burden on society. Government should even subsidize it. More cost effective to pay for am abortion than having the welfare state take care of a kid for 18 years.
