Diplomacy is actually the more useful tool than force but neither is going to stop a few loons from strapping bombs to their chest. Force often makes it worse.

No offense, but when a guy who hasn't held a job for years has himself getting a high profile very important position as the centerpiece of a grand foreign policy plan, I'm not sure how seriously I can take it. You literally made the part of your plan where you get a big time a job like 4 times larger than the text for the entire rest of the plan.
