Yes it does. If the Massachusetts constitution states it is legal, it is legal. For that state only.

State versus federal is a distinction I agree with when it comes to HI mandate. That's much more principled than examining the purported motives of Obama versus Romney.

Romney's goal wasn't a single payer system. Obamas was and is. It's also illegal to force someone to buy something. A supreme court justice said so.
