I'm sure there was political motivation behind the release of this report. That isn't necessarily a bad thing. Fact is, if this report wasn't released when it was, it would have never seen the light of day once the GOP took over the senate.
If anyone is expecting outrage or even a small reaction from the public, I think you're going to be disappointed. These allegations have been around for almost a decade, and this report pretty much confirms what allot of people thought was going on anyway.
I've heard a couple politicians talk about "closure", and in this case that word rings hollow, since nobody is going to jail.
After these last 14 years, I'm all out of shock and outrage when it comes to the actions of our benevolent government. It's pretty damn sad to have to say that.
