The problem is there are a lot of idiots out there. You want sovereign citizens to think they have the right to legally resist arrest if they view said arrest as unlawful? I sure don't.

When the police tell me to put my hands behind my back, I'm going to do it. We'll sort it all out at the courthouse. It isn't going to do me any good to argue with them on the street. I don't need the charge of Resisting Arrest added.

furthermore I think the key is legal reforms in court as opposed to on the street.
