also, apparently the baltimore PD is a fan of giving rough rides to people who disobey them.
for those not in the know, a rough ride is when someone ties you up and drags you behind a car. they've paid out millions to people who have been paralyzed and injured from this. how odd that freddie gray had a broken back after the cops arrested him.
